In order to be eligible for return or exchange, all wear NYLA products must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Any items that have been worn, washed, stained, or have similar damage will be refused. All items must be returned with original tags attached. Final Sale items & gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Accessories are non-exchangeable. Original shipping is nonrefundable. wearnyla.com is not responsible for any missing, damaged, or lost packages during the shipping process.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Click on the following link to start the process: 
  2. Look up your order by typing in your e-mail address and order number
  3. Once your order is found, click the button under "create return” column next to the item you are returning. 
  4. Fill out form and submit for approval 
  5. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a shipping label
  6. For exchanges, please write the size you would like in the notes section.  If you would like to make sure your desired size is still in stock for the exchange, please email sales@wearnyla.com with the order number, item, and the size you would like.
  7. Pack your items along with the return form in a box and send it to the following address:

You may check the returns portal at any time to view the status of your return.  

Exchanges are only available for a different size or color for the same product. Once the original item is received, the new item will be sent.

Wear NYLA has the right to deny, void, or refund a payment for any reason or update this policy at any time without notice.
